Bypass valve

By-Pass is used in facilities where the auxiliary drive is not switched off during transport.
It is often used on vehicles equipped with hydraulic equipment that can be used during the journey, for example vehicles for road construction, concrete mixers, refuse vehicles, etc. the bypass valve is controlled from the driver's cab and allows oil to be pumped to the vehicle's hydraulic equipment if necessary.
The valve opens a connection between the pressure line and the suction line directly at the pump, so that the pump is relieved. Only a small amount of oil circulates through the existing system to cool the pump.
If a valve with closed centre or high reverse pressure is used, a separate cooling circuit shall be set up according to the instructions on the back of this sheet.
