EN 854 - 2TE DIN 20021 part 2

When used as intended, rubber, thermoplastic and PTFE hoses are generally suitable for use with organic oils according to VDMA 24568 or ISO 15380, oils based on synthetic esters (HEES), on rapeseed oil (HETG) and on polyglycol (HEPG). However, additives and various operating conditions can limit this stability.
The operator is also responsible for periodical oil management to ensure proper operation of the hydraulics. If quality assurance maintenance is not carried out, wear or even failure can occur, for example due to cavitation or abrasion in the hose connection.

Application:
Low-pressure hydraulic lines from 40 to 80 bar with low impulses.

• For use with compressed air, mineral oil-based hydraulic oils, synthetic or water-based fluids in hydraulic systems
• Suitable for agriculture, construction machinery and machines/systems
• Applicable standard: EN 854 - 2TE DIN 20021 part 2, exceeds SAE 100 R6
• Interior construction:
oil- and water-resistant synthetic rubber
• Insert: 1-ply textile braid
