EN 853 1SN

When used as intended, rubber, thermoplastic and PTFE hoses are generally suitable for use with organic oils according to VDMA 24568 or ISO 15380, oils based on synthetic esters (HEES), on rapeseed oil (HETG) and on polyglycol (HEPG). However, additives and various operating conditions can limit this stability.
The operator is also responsible for periodical oil management to ensure proper operation of the hydraulics. If quality assurance maintenance is not carried out, wear or even failure can occur, for example due to cavitation or abrasion in the hose connection.

Application:
Medium-pressure hydraulic line 40 to 250 bar with compact external diameter.

• Suitable for use with mineral oil, synthetic or water-based fluids in hydraulic systems
• Suitable for agriculture, construction machinery, lifting equipment and machines/systems
• Applicable standard: EN-853-1SN, exceeds SAE 100 R1
• Interior construction: oil- and water-resistant synthetic rubber
• Insert: one-ply steel wire braid
• Cover: black, synthetic rubber, resistant to oil, weather, ozone and abrasion
• Temperature range: -40°C to +100°C
• Intermittently: max. +120°C
