Application:

Properties:
Fabric inlay:
• High-tensile polyester yarn, circular woven
• Special design for high tensile strength, tight bending radii and low elongation under pressure
• Completely embedded in polyurethane, therefore optimum protection against mechanical damage
Inner and outer layer:
• Thermoplastic polyether polyurethane, pressed through the textile inlay in a special single-stage extrusion process
• Highly abrasion-resistant with a 5-6 times longer service life than nitrile hoses
• Interior: very smooth for minimal pressure loss
• Exterior: very smooth for good flexibility, thick-walled for unrivalled wear resistance
Tear resistance: The maximum tensile load during continuous operation should not exceed 1/3 of the tensile strength.
Temperature range: -50 °C to +75 °C (water)
