Coupling sleeves series X65

The CEJN X65 series comprises quick disconnect couplings for hydraulic applications with a flat face design that meets and exceeds ISO standard 16028.
The flat face design minimises leakage during coupling and uncoupling. The couplings of the X65 series are designed for one-handed operation and allow quick and easy connection and disconnection.
Dust caps for couplings and nipples are available as accessories to prevent dust and dirt from entering the hydraulic system. Series X65 couplings provide additional protection against accidental uncoupling by means of a manual safety interlock. The couplings and nipples are available in different sizes:
DN 5, DN 6, DN 10, DN 12.5, DN 16, DN 19 and DN 25.
The couplings are also available in stainless steel. Nipples with pressure eliminator allow coupling under residual pressure and are also available. Temperature range: -30°C - +100°C (-22°F - +212°F)
• Seal material: nitrile rubber (NBR)/alternative fluoroelastomer material (FKM, FPM) when using plant-based media
• Material: steel (zinc-nickel passivated)
• Coupling capability: standard without pressure, for nipples with pressure eliminator can be coupled under pressure
• Uncoupling under pressure: inadmissible
• Compatible with: all brand dimensions according to ISO 16028
