MULTI-COUPLINGS DP SERIES
Advantages
• Quick coupling and uncoupling of hydraulic lines with protection against mix-ups.
• Flat sealing couplings: easy to clean, which prevents contamination of the circuit.
• Couplings mounted on the plates with lock nuts and lock washers for easy installation or replacement.
• The use of couplings with a triple valve system allows coupling and uncoupling when there is high residual pressure in the circuit.
• Coupling sleeves can be connected manually with the plugs on the fixed half. This can be very useful for connecting secondary lines.
• Mechanical connection via internal locking rollers and locking pins prevents brinelling of the couplings.

Material and surface treatment:
housing plates made of anodised aluminium alloy.
Locking rollers and pins made of highly resistant carbon steel with nitriding and oxidation treatment (QPQ surface protection).
Other components made of carbon steel with zinc-nickel coating.
