Anti-freeze heating cable 230V
Protects water pipes against frost down to -40 °C.
The cable consists of a connection cord with plug which is connected to the heating valve via a thermostat. Completely pre-assembled and ready for use. The thermostat allows energy-saving regulation of the anti-freeze cable.
The heating cable is suitable for heating water pipes made of plastic, copper and steel with a max. Ø of 38 mm. The heating cable and thermometer are attached to the pipe using insulating tape, and the plug is then inserted into a normal plug socket.
The anti-freeze cable is then ready for use and activates automatically as soon as the water pipe starts to freeze. The thermostat activates from 3 °C.

- Cold winter days can be hard on both people and animals. Ice, cold and frost often impact everyday life - whether it's scraping the car in the morning or driving home in icy conditions in the evening. However, there’s one problem that definitely shouldn’t arise at this time of year: frozen water pipes. The consequences of this can be miserable. Not only is it annoying, but it can also have severe financial implications.
GRANIT is pleased to offer a practical solution to help prevent the damage caused by frozen water pipes. The best solution for both water pipes and plants feeling the chill are the anti-freeze heating cables from GRANIT available in various lengths. Depending on the area of application, heating cables of various lengths are required to prevent frozen pipes and plants.
The 230 V heating cables have one major advantage - the built-in thermostat. It automatically switches on at +3 °C and off at +12 °C, keeping water pipes frost-free. Additional insulation can be used to withstand temperatures down to -45 °C, but please note that the thermostat should not be insulated as well.
It’s easy to install the heating cable. Simply plug in the two-pin plug, secure the cable using cable ties or adhesive tape, and your frost problem is solved.
All in all, the anti-freeze heating cables from GRANIT impress with their technical capability and simplicity, and should be your first port of call for frost prevention measures. They reliably and independently keep your water pipes, plants and more free from frost. Installation: The two-pin plug allows the heating cable to be installed quickly and easily. Simply loop the cable around the water pipe or secure it with adhesive tape or cable ties. - Manufacturer:
