The WABCO Duo-Matic quick connector connects the towing vehicle and trailer air brake systems easily and safely in one simple move
Operation:
- When connecting the trailer the grip is pushed down and the protective covers open
- The Duo-Matic trailer part is plugged in under the protective covers and the grip released
- The spring clip acts on the protective covers and pushes the trailer part against the automatic closing valves
- The closing valves open up and compressed air is fed to the trailer
