NSK Agri Hub

Agri Disc Hubs from NSK are designed for use in disc harrows. These are large-dimensioned double-row angular ball bearings that can absorb high axial and tilting forces. Abrasive dust and corrosion caused by water and fertilisers also contribute to the fact that conventional bearings achieve only a short service life under these conditions.
Agri Disc Hubs extend the service life of the agricultural machine, saving time and money.
Their design features include a highly effective sealing system: an O-ring embedded in the bearing housing provides a seal against dirt and moisture. On the arm side of the bearing unit, the bearing is protected by a cassette seal specially developed for this application, which has proven itself in extensive tests, even under particularly harsh conditions. The seal also prevents water from penetrating into the bearing, even if the machine is cleaned with high-pressure cleaners. A strong pressure plate provides additional protection for the bearing and also takes on the task of generating the desired preload.
In addition, no grease can get onto the soil, as the Agri Disc Hub bearing units are lubricated for life and do not require relubrication. This protects the environment. Also, installation is made easier by the fact that the Agri Disc Hubs can be mounted directly and easily on the arm of the disc harrow as well as on other agricultural machinery.
