TeeJet Hollow cone nozzle 80°

The very short (14 mm) 80° TXR-VK hollow cone nozzle is adapted to international norms in fruit cultivation/viticulture and complements the longer (21 mm) TeeJet TX/TXA/TXB range. A total of 12 sizes from 0.37 to 3.50 l/min (at 10 bar) are available. At 2 to 25 bar with a fine/very fine droplet size all required applications can be realised.

Typical applications: • With fan sprayers in fruit cultivation/viticulture and specialist crops, e.g. row spraying • Ideal for all applications requiring a high level of coverage Features: • Fine droplet (F)/very fine droplet (VF) hollow cone with spraying angle of 80°; ideal for fan sprayers in fruit cultivation/viticulture and specialist crops • Developed with a flow similar to international norms so that common hollow cone nozzles 1:1 can be replaced by the TXR • Nozzle outlet and twist attachment made of high-quality ceramic for high wear resistance and a long service life • Short design (14 mm), therefore low risk of damage; nozzle housing made of acetal provides high corrosion resistance • Colour coding to identify the nozzle size, same colour for replacement 1:1 (does not apply to TeeJet TX and TXA/B) • Clipped-in baffle plate insert will not fall out; can be removed without tools for cleaning • Suitable for QuickJet® complete cap with seal and O-ring, part no. 670114396-1-NYR • In combination with the adjustable TeeJet nozzle bodies (brass) of series 98450, suitable for all sprayers • Use for series 98450 brass union nut CP20230; tighten to a maximum of 11 Nm • Pressure range: 2 to 25 bar
