The CEJN X64 series includes quick-release nipples with integrated pressure eliminator that are characterised by a surprisingly compact design. The pressure eliminator solves problems caused by high connection forces as a result of residual pressure on the nipple side.
The unit releases the residual pressure, thereby achieving a low connection force and preventing hydraulic leaks. The products comply with ISO standard 16028 and therefore complement the X65 series perfectly. It is suitable for applications where residual pressure on the nipple side is a problem.
The nipples are available in different sizes:
DN 5, DN 6, DN 10, DN 12,5, DN 16, DN 19 and DN 25.
• Temperature range: -30°C - +100°C (-22°F - +212°F)
• Seal material: nitrile rubber (NBR)
• Material: steel (zinc-nickel passivated)
• Uncoupling under pressure: inadmissible
• Compatible with: all brand dimensions according to ISO 16028
