Material:

The coating consists of a hard metal powder that is mixed into a paste. This can be sprayed on or applied by immersion. Since, in principle, any shape can be coated, this is particularly suitable for complex designs, as well as for acidic conditions and applications where a smooth surface is required. The powder is applied under a protective atmosphere and permanently bonds with the base metal. This process increases durability and helps prevent breakage. With this coating, tungsten carbide particles are added to the standard powder to achieve a service life that is 5 times longer.
