Structure: pressure-resistant hose made of thermoplastic rubber with galvanised steel wire spiral and additional polyester yarn inlay. Extremely flexible and kink-resistant structure.
Properties: Extremely flexible hose. Smooth interior and exterior. Temperature range -25 °C to +80 °C. Vacuum: -0.9 bar
Short-term cleaning up to 110 °C possible. Good resistance to cleaning agents. Abrasion resistance according to ISO 4649: 150 mm³±10%. Thanks to its inner white layer which prevents the growth of bacteria, the hose meets the highest hygiene standards.
Area of application: this hose is suitable for drawing and conveying liquid media (e.g. milk) where higher resistance is required. Also suitable for loading and unloading collection vehicles or as connecting lines to milk and cheese processing plants.
