The Hilcoflex PU is a multipurpose hose made of polyurethane.
Application:
• Construction, industry, waste disposal

Properties:
Fabric inlay:
• High-tensile polyester yarn, circular woven
• Special design for high continuous operating pressures, high tensile strength and low elongation under pressure
• Completely embedded in polyurethane, therefore optimum protection against mechanical damage
Inner and outer layer:
• Thermoplastic polyether polyurethane, pressed through the textile inlay in a special single-stage extrusion process
• Highly abrasion-resistant with a 4-5 times longer service life than nitrile hoses
• Interior: very smooth for minimal pressure loss
• Exterior: very smooth for good flexibility
Operating pressure:
Specifications only apply to the hose (medium: water, 20 °C). For hoses with couplings, the operating pressure may be lower than indicated above due to the rated pressure of the couplings or the type of installation. With compressed air, the maximum operating pressure is 25% of the burst pressure.
Tensile strength: The maximum tensile load during continuous operation should not exceed 1/3 of the tensile strength.
Temperature range: -50 °C to +75 °C (water)
