For particularly intensive applications, such as tillage, Walterscheid now offers a new heavy-duty ball sleeve, which is characterised by extremely increased demands on materials and manufacturing processes and thus greater safety and durability in practical use - even under the most difficult conditions.
Only particularly high-quality materials are used in the production of the new so-called "black ball" from Walterscheid.
A chrome-alloyed roller bearing steel is used, which forms the material basis. This is refined in a coordinated heat treatment process and protected against rust by cathodic dip coating.
This manufacturing process also creates the typical black colour of the high-quality coating. - Weight:
