Product description
Flat-sealing screw couplings of the RH series from STAUFF consist of a coupling sleeve with male thread and a coupling plug with screw sleeve. The series was developed for heavy-duty applications for connecting hydraulic lines up to DN25 (1").
Coupling (screwing) and uncoupling (unscrewing) the two halves is safe and extremely simple. Once fully connected, all internal components have minimal play, which significantly reduces the risk of material fatigue.
Another advantage is that the risk of permanent indentation (known as brinelling) on the surface of the plug is eliminated, which often occurs with plug-in couplings in similarly extreme applications.
Product features
Coupling made of steel with zinc/nickel surface coating
Seals made of NBR, PTFE
Heavy-duty internal components
Sleeve suitable for bulkhead mounting
Operating temperature -30°C - +100°C / -22°F - +212°F
Coupling under pressure up to 20 bar / 290 psi residual pressure possible with tools
The specified operating pressure refers only to the coupling and depends on the selected connection types (L/S). The burst pressure applies to couplings in the coupled state.
