• For keeping water frost-free in insulated ring pipes (¾" or 1")
• The HEATFLOW series heaters are available with heating outputs from 3 to 12 kW and are specially designed for installation in large outdoor climate stables for cattle, horses, pigs or sheep.
• 4 different variants available (see table).
• The radiators heat a secondary water, which heats the primary water through a stainless steel corrugated pipe. This creates maximum temperatures of 40 °C and reduces limescale deposits to a minimum. Particularly suitable for keeping ring pipes with highly calcareous water frost-free.
• With return temperature control: The desired return water temperature is set on the return sensor. If the return temperature falls below the set value, the heating is switched on automatically.
Expandable: the HEATFLOW devices with one heating element can be expanded at any time with a second identical heating element (3+3 kW or 6+6 kW), thus doubling the heating output (e.g. when extending the stable).
• The device is equipped with a high-performance circulation pump with a stainless steel base (230 V, 400 W). With 1" water connections. Two reinforced hoses are included for easy connection.
• The heating elements have built-in overheating protection (STB)
• The scope of delivery includes a vent valve, pressure relief valve, check valve and a non-return flap
• Two 30 mA residual current circuit breakers must be provided on site. These serve to protect the pump and heating element separately.
