For certain XPi pump applications in which a non-shut-off auxiliary drive is used. This allows a continuous pump speed with the following advantages:
• No heat development in the hydraulic circuit
• no negative impact on the pump life
• Easy installation
the by-pass valve is a switchable solenoid valve (12 and 24 volts). The by-pass valve is open and connects the pressure side to the suction side when without current. When the valve is electrically energised, the operating pressure is built up.
