A hard coating is applied to the main wear zone on the top of the chipping share under inert gas.
The mixture of carbon, silicon, manganese and chromium is characterised by excellent wear resistance.
The main area of application is in the earthworks sector.
The final hardness is 57-62 HRC. At the same time, only the body is protected by a comparatively low heat input
