Flexible cutting units are particularly popular during harvesting because of their excellent ground tracking achieved by the flexible cutter bar. The skid shoes on the underside ensure good cutting unit guidance, but often make it difficult to use conventional crop lifters that are mounted below the mower finger. With the ARISTA© crop lifter, Schumacher offers the perfect solution for rigid and rigidly positioned flexible cutting units. This crop lifter is mounted above the mower finger, and is optimised for the special features of flexible cutting units. The specially developed WaveTrack skid also prevents crop residues and soil from accumulating. The ARISTA© crop lifter therefore ensures quick assembly and efficient harvesting, and also reduces wear on the machine. The ARISTA© is suitable for use with all Schumacher mower fingers, which maximises the flexibility of your customers' combines.
Assembly in just 3 steps with quick-release fastener
The QuickFit quick-release fastener on the ARISTA© crop lifters ensures fast, user-friendly assembly. The Schumacher crop lifter can be assembled in just three steps without the need for any tools. First insert the crop lifter into the fixing element located on the cutting unit above the mower finger. The quick-release fastener allows you to lift the crop lifter with just one hand, and then lock it at the desired height. The two-stage height adjustment means that the crop lifter can be quickly and easily adjusted to the required cutting angle.
