SAE 100 R15

When used as intended, rubber, thermoplastic and PTFE hoses are generally suitable for use with organic oils according to VDMA 24568 or ISO 15380, oils based on synthetic esters (HEES), on rapeseed oil (HETG) and on polyglycol (HEPG). However, additives and various operating conditions can limit this stability.
The operator is also responsible for periodical oil management to ensure proper operation of the hydraulics. If quality assurance maintenance is not carried out, wear or even failure can occur, for example due to cavitation or abrasion in the hose connection.

Application:
High-pressure hydraulic lines for operating pressure up to 420 bar (DN20).

• Compact hose with low weight and high abrasion resistance
• Designed for use with mineral oil, synthetic or water-based hydraulic fluids
• Main applications: general hydraulic systems, construction machinery, agricultural machinery and industrial trucks
• Standard: EN856-4SH
• Interior construction:
oil- and water-resistant synthetic rubber
• Reinforcement:
four or six high-strength steel wire spiral inserts
• Exterior: black synthetic rubber, resistant to oil, water, ozone and abrasion
• Temperature range:
-40°C to 100°C
