Multi-X Duo GII

The new, manual multi coupling series Multi-X-GII is an inexpensive and mistake-proof coupling system with 2, 4 or 6 connections. The non-drip flat-face couplings comply with ISO standard 16028. All Multi-X connector sides are equipped with pressure eliminator connectors, which also allow couplings to be connected under with residual pressure. By releasing the pressure (automatically, during the coupling process) it is possible to make the connection by hand even under high residual pressure (of up to 350 bar). Each side can also be equipped with an electrical connector.

Coupling capability:
1. Residual pressures of up to 350 bar on the plug side and pressureless tank connection on the coupling side.
2. Residual pressures of up to 250 bar (DN 10) or 150 bar (DN 12, DN 19) on the coupling side and pressureless tank connection on the plug side.
3. Residual pressures of up to 250 Pa (DN 10) or 220 bar (DN 12, DN 19) on the plug side and 100 bar (DN 10) or 10 bar (DN 12, DN19) return pressure on the coupling side.
• Uncoupling under pressure: not permitted. When uncoupling under residual pressure, the lever may kick back. Always hold the lever firmly.
