Connector heads for trailers

Installation instructions:

Semi-trailer versions can be fixed to an appropriate bracket with square hole 27x27 mm (anti-twist protection). The thickness of the bracket must be at least 2 mm. The tightening torque of the fastening nut M24 x 1.5 is 45 +/- 5 Nm. Screw connections with O-ring seals must be tightened with a torque of 30 +/- 2 Nm.
Maintenance must be carried out according to the official regulations for vehicle testing and the specifications given by the vehicle manufacturer. Cleaning the filter of connector heads without cover can be carried out by blowing pressurised air through is after unscrewing the line.
Please note: the plastic cap (red or yellow) must be screwed onto the connector head opening after disconnecting the vehicle to prevent dirt from entering.
